FDE certification
Credentials earned in production, graded by partners, not multiple-choice exams.
In short: FDE Factory certification confirms an engineer completed Cohort 02 and passed a partner-graded capstone demonstrating they can ship governed agentic systems inside a real organization.

Certification levels
- Certified FDE (Track A): production build and embed capability
- Certified FDEE (Track B): production eval, guardrails, and compliance capability
- Pod-ready: FDE + FDEE combination cleared for joint deployment
Verification
Each Cohort 02 graduate receives a verification credential employers can confirm through FDE Factory. Graduate profiles appear in our directory after capstone completion.
Grading rubric
Capstones are judged on one question: would this survive inside a real organization? That means security, evals, stakeholder fit, operability, and handoff, not demo polish alone.

Does certification expire?
We are designing recertification for fast-moving agent stacks. Cohort 02 credentials reflect the program version and graduation date.
