FDE Factory, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates fdefactory.ai. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site or submit an application or company inquiry.

Information we collect

• Application data: name, email, LinkedIn, GitHub, track preference, experience, and motivation statements.
• Company inquiry data: company name, contact details, role, team size, timeline, and project description.
• Contact form data: name, email, topic, and message content.
• Usage data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate cohort applications, respond to company deployment inquiries, and improve our programs. We do not sell personal data. Client data from deployment engagements is never used for training and is purged at engagement end.

By using fdefactory.ai, you agree to these terms. FDE Factory provides training programs for Forward Deployed Engineers and Eval Engineers, and facilitates deployment of trained pods to enterprise clients.

Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Cohort 02 seats are limited and selective. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

Deployments

Pod deployments are governed by separate Master Services Agreements and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements executed prior to any embed. Marketing content on this site does not constitute a binding offer.

Intellectual property

All work product created during client deployments belongs to the client. Factory training materials, curriculum, and branding remain the property of FDE Factory, Inc.
